Summer, the lead agent, has a breadth of knowledge drawn from her interest and appreciation for the historic and unique diamonds among Indy’s neighborhoods. She has vision and sees potential for fixer-upper homes, which is so important in a time where it’s increasingly difficult to afford a move-in ready home. When it came time to negotiations and contract details, I knew she had my back and that very vision in mind. Summer worked tirelessly to close the sale on my home, even when she was stretched-thin, tired, and busy in her own personal life. Looking back, I am so grateful to have randomly come across Summer via her home tours on social media. Check them out!
May and Olivia are members of Summers’ team who handled details and coordination of paperwork, keys, contractors, our text threads, contracts, etc. They are rockstars. Even the seller’s agent at the closing on my new house complimented her team on their efficiency. They are a prime example that excellent people often have a team of excellent people supporting them in the background.
